    Роль ФНД «Аппарат президента» во время Игр заключается в предоставлении круглосуточной качественной поддержки президенту и первому вице-президенту ОКОИ в их работе. Список видов деятельности ФНД «Аппарат президента» во время Игр включает:
    • административную поддержку (ведение календаря и т.д.);
    • координацию составления текстов выступлений;
    • управление запросами на билеты, аккредитации и т. д., поступающими президенту или первому вице-президенту;
    • подготовку документов к совещаниям, проведение совещаний в сотрудничестве с другими ФНД;
    • контроль исполнения инструкций президента и первого вице-президента.

    Games-time role of the Executive function is to provide a high quality and 24/7 support of business activities of the OCOG's President and First Vice President. The list of Executive function operations at the Games time is as follows:
    • administrative support (running the calendar, etc.)
    • speech writing coordination
    • managing requests for tickets, accreditations, etc., received by the President and First Vice President
    • preparation of documents for the meetings, organization of the meetings in cooperation with other FAs
    • control for the execution of the instructions given by the President and First Vice President.
